核心原则：dayiwu-ops 是面向跨境电商与内容团队的工具型服务，不代替用户持有第三方平台账号，也不会在云端替用户登录第三方平台。我们仅在提供服务所必需的范围内处理个人信息。

2. 我们收集哪些信息
2.1 你主动提供的信息
- 账户信息：邮箱、显示名、密码哈希、邀请关系、套餐信息。
- 订单与账单信息：订单号、套餐、积分余额、支付状态、发票所需信息。
- 你上传或输入的业务内容：产品资料、图片、视频、提示词、商品描述、社媒草稿、SEO 文案、画布项目内容。
- 可选的第三方 API Key：如你选择接入自有 OpenAI、Anthropic、Google、DeepSeek 等 Key，我们会加密存储，仅用于按你的指令调用对应服务。
2.2 我们自动收集的信息
- 基础日志：登录时间、请求时间、IP 地址、浏览器标识、调用模型、积分消耗、错误日志。
- 安全与审计日志：注册同意、登录失败、密码重置、关键操作行为。
- 必要 Cookie：用于登录态保持、CSRF 防护、语言偏好等。
2.3 我们不会主动收集的信息
- 不会在服务器上保存你第三方平台的账号密码、登录 Cookie 或会话令牌。
- 不会保存银行卡号、CVV、第三方支付密码等支付凭证。
- 不会在未经你触发的情况下持续监控你的浏览历史。
3. 我们如何使用这些信息
- 创建和维护账户、处理登录与身份验证。
- 生成图片、视频、文案、SEO 内容与商品草稿。
- 进行积分扣减、账单处理、支付状态同步和售后记录。
- 排查故障、审计安全事件、预防滥用和欺诈。
- 在必要时发送服务通知，例如密码重置、条款更新、风险提醒。
- 履行适用法律法规项下的义务。
4. 我们会与谁共享信息
- AI 服务商：当你发起生成任务时，提示词、必要上下文和相关素材会发送至你所选择的模型服务商。
- 云存储与基础设施服务：用于保存你生成或上传的图片、视频、文档和任务文件。
- 支付服务商：在你购买套餐或充值时处理订单与支付。
- 邮件服务商：用于发送验证码、找回密码、系统通知。
- 法律要求的接收方：在有权机关依法要求时进行披露。
我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不会把你的信息用于与你的使用目的明显无关的用途。
5. 第三方请求与公开页面资源
我们可能使用第三方基础设施与静态资源服务来提升稳定性与加载速度。即使未设置广告跟踪脚本，访问这些资源时，相关服务提供方仍可能接收到你的 IP 地址、浏览器信息和请求时间等网络层数据。
我们当前不使用 Google Analytics、Facebook Pixel、TikTok Pixel 一类广告追踪脚本；但如页面调用第三方静态资源、字体、云对象存储或模型服务，也会产生必要的第三方网络请求。
6. 跨境传输
如你调用境外 AI 服务商，提示词、图片、视频或文本内容可能被传输到该服务商所在地区，以完成你主动发起的任务。你可以通过选择境内服务商或关闭相关能力来控制这类传输。
7. 数据保存期限
- 账户存在期间，我们会保留账户信息、业务内容和必要日志。
- 账户删除后，我们会在合理期限内删除或匿名化处理可删除数据；依法必须保留的财务和审计数据除外。
- 错误日志、安全审计日志、支付记录会按业务和法规要求保存相应期限。
8. 你的权利
在适用法律允许的范围内，你可以请求访问、更正、删除、导出或限制处理你的个人信息，也可以撤回同意或投诉。请发送邮件至 info@dayiwu.com。
9. 儿童与未成年人

2. What we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account information: email, display name, password hash, referral relationship and plan status.
- Billing information: order number, plan, credit balance, payment status and invoicing details.
- Business content: product data, images, videos, prompts, generated copy, social drafts, SEO content and canvas project content.
- Optional third-party API keys: if you bring your own keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek or others, we store them encrypted and use them only to perform the calls you request.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Basic logs: login time, request time, IP address, browser identifier, model calls, credits consumed and error logs.
- Security and audit logs: registration consent, failed logins, password resets and sensitive actions.
- Necessary cookies: session continuity, CSRF protection and language preference.
2.3 What we do not proactively collect
- We do not store your third-party platform passwords, login cookies or session tokens on our servers.
- We do not store payment credentials such as card numbers, CVV or third-party payment passwords.
- We do not continuously monitor your browsing history unless you actively trigger a related workflow.
3. How we use data
- To create and maintain accounts and handle authentication.
- To generate images, videos, copy, SEO content and product drafts.
- To process credits, billing, payment status and after-sales records.
- To troubleshoot incidents, audit security events and prevent abuse or fraud.
- To send essential notices such as password reset messages, policy updates and risk alerts.
- To comply with applicable laws and lawful requests.
4. Who we share data with
- AI providers: when you request generation, prompts, required context and relevant assets are sent to the model provider you selected.
- Cloud infrastructure providers: to store uploaded and generated files.
- Payment providers: to process subscriptions and top-ups.
- Email providers: to send verification, reset and service emails.
- Authorities or legally required recipients: when disclosure is required by law.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for purposes clearly unrelated to the Service you requested.
5. Third-party requests on public pages
We may use third-party infrastructure or static-resource delivery services to improve performance and reliability. Even where no advertising tracker is used, those requests can still expose network-layer data such as IP address, browser information and request time to the provider handling the request.
We do not currently use advertising trackers such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or TikTok Pixel. However, static assets, cloud storage and AI providers can still involve necessary third-party requests.
6. Cross-border transfers
If you use overseas AI providers, prompts, images, videos or text may be transferred to the provider's region in order to complete the task you initiated. You can reduce or avoid such transfers by selecting domestic providers where available.
7. Retention
- We retain account data, business content and necessary logs while your account remains active.
- After account deletion, removable data will be deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
- Error logs, security audit logs and payment records may be retained for compliance and operational needs.
8. Your rights

9. Children
The Service is intended for commercial use and is not offered to children under 14. Accounts that do not meet this requirement may be limited or removed.
10. Security
- Passwords are stored as hashes.
- Third-party API keys are stored encrypted.
- Important operations are recorded in audit logs.
- Backend access follows least-privilege principles.
11. Updates
If this policy changes materially, we will provide notice through the product, by email or by another reasonable method. Continued use after the update means you understand the updated policy.
