本政策是《服务条款》的组成部分。它专门约束最容易产生法律风险的两类行为：数据采集与自动化发布。
1. 浏览器扩展的工作方式
扩展仅在你主动点击或触发时运行，并且只访问你当前正在查看的页面。它不会后台持续爬取，不会跨标签监控，也不会静默收集你未触发的网页内容。
2. 数据采集
- 仅在你主动查看、主动提交且有权访问的前提下使用。
- 不得绕过 robots、登录墙、验证码、付费墙、限流、权限控制。
- 不得采集非公开数据、个人敏感信息、支付信息、医疗金融教育等高敏感内容。
- 不得使用本服务进行分布式爬虫、批量采集、密集请求或对目标站点造成不合理负载。
- 不得把采集到的数据用于构建与目标站点实质替代的产品或数据库。
如果目标站点要求停止采集（包括律师函、robots 变更、IP 封禁等），你必须立即停止对该站点的所有采集行为。 dayiwu-ops 收到此类通知后也会配合屏蔽相关功能。
3. 社媒自动化
- 必须遵守目标平台的自动化政策、社区规范和 API 条款。
- 必须使用你本人或你组织的真实账号，不得冒充他人。
- 发布与互动应保持合理频率，不得刷屏、刷赞、刷评或操纵热度。
- 评论与互动内容应真实相关，不得模板化垃圾互动。
4. 严格禁止
- 批量制造账号或虚假身份。
- 骚扰、网暴、人肉、诽谤或针对个人的恶意围攻。
- 发布政治敏感、仇恨、暴力、虚假新闻、色情、赌博、毒品、武器等内容。
- 发布未授权的版权作品、盗图、盗视频、盗音频。
- 发布未披露广告、虚假评价、伪装种草、刷粉刷量内容。
- 规避第三方平台的安全、验证码或速率限制。
- 逆向、解密或提取本服务源代码或模型权重。
5. AI 生成内容
- AI 图像、视频和文案都必须由你审核后再发布。
- 涉及真人、名人、公众人物或私人人物的内容，须确保你有相应授权。
- 医疗、金融、法律建议必须明确标注为非专业建议。
- 如适用法律要求 AI 披露，你必须遵守当地披露义务。
- 不得使用 AI 生成深度伪造、非自愿内容或儿童不当内容。
6. 跨境合规要点
- 中国市场：电子商务、广告、反不正当竞争、消费者权益、个人信息保护、网络安全、数据安全、互联网广告和生成式 AI 监管要求。
- 欧盟市场：GDPR、DSA、AI Act 和消费者权利要求。
- 美国市场：CAN-SPAM、CCPA/CPRA、FTC 广告披露要求及各州法律。
- 出口管制：不得通过本服务推动受限制商品流向禁运或受限目的地。
7. 违规处理
- 一级：站内警告并限制功能 24 小时。
- 二级：暂停账户 7 天。
- 三级：永久封禁，且通常不予退款。
- 严重违法：依法配合调查并保留证据。
8. 举报
发现其他用户违规，请发送邮件至 info@dayiwu.com。我们会尽量保护举报人身份信息。
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It focuses on the two highest-risk areas: data capture and automated publishing.
1. How the browser extension works
The extension only runs when you actively click or trigger it, and it only accesses the page you are currently viewing. It does not crawl in the background, monitor tabs silently or collect content you did not trigger.
2. Data capture
- Use only for pages you actively view and are authorised to access.
- Do not bypass robots rules, login walls, captchas, paywalls, rate limits or access controls.
- Do not capture non-public data, sensitive personal data, payment data or high-risk medical, financial or educational content.
- Do not use the Service for distributed crawling, mass capture, dense requests or unreasonable load.
- Do not use captured data to build a product or database that is a substantial substitute for the target site.
If a target site requests cessation of capture (including legal notices, robots changes or IP bans), you must stop all capture against that site immediately. dayiwu-ops will also disable the related functionality where appropriate.
3. Social-media automation
- Comply with the target platform's automation policy, community rules and API terms.
- Use your own or your organisation's real account; do not impersonate others.
- Keep posting and interaction at a reasonable cadence; do not spam, mass-like or manipulate trends.
- Comments and interactions must be genuinely relevant, not template spam.
4. Strictly prohibited
- Mass account creation or fake identities.
- Harassment, doxing, defamation or pile-ons against individuals.
- Political-sensitive, hateful, violent, fake-news, sexual, gambling, drug or weapon content.
- Unauthorised copyrighted works, stolen images, videos or audio.
- Undisclosed ads, fake reviews, disguised influencer content or engagement farming.
- Circumventing security, captchas or rate limits on third-party platforms.
- Reverse engineering, decrypting or extracting this Service's source code or model weights.
5. AI-generated content
- All AI-generated images, videos and copy must be reviewed by you before publication.
- Content involving real persons, celebrities or private individuals requires appropriate authorisation.
- Medical, financial or legal advice must be clearly marked as non-professional advice.
- Where AI disclosure is required by law, you must comply with the local disclosure rules.
- Do not use AI to generate deepfakes, non-consensual content or child-inappropriate content.
6. Cross-border compliance
- China: e-commerce, advertising, anti-unfair-competition, consumer protection, personal information, cybersecurity, data security, internet advertising and generative-AI rules.
- EU: GDPR, DSA, AI Act and consumer-rights requirements.
- US: CAN-SPAM, CCPA/CPRA, FTC disclosure requirements and applicable state laws.
- Export control: do not use the Service to promote restricted goods to embargoed or otherwise limited destinations.
7. Enforcement
- Tier 1: in-app warning and 24-hour feature restriction.
- Tier 2: 7-day suspension.
- Tier 3: permanent ban, usually no refund.
- Serious illegal conduct: cooperation with authorities and evidence preservation.
